A five-minute review

  1. Open the scenario and choose a client and order.
  2. Preview a scope approval. Compare the proposed change with the current agreement, then confirm it.
  3. Add a payment claim. Check that a claim does not become a verified receipt.
  4. Change the manager or deadline, switch channels, and inspect the source history.
  5. Try unsupported wording or the wrong order. Review the warning and the explicit manual-review route.

The sandbox has its own temporary state. It does not change the prebuilt overview, contact customers or connect to accounts.

Technical evidence

What is demonstrated

Interactive state transitions on fictional cases, source-linked history, explicit review, client/order separation and the distinction between payment claims and receipts. The owner has tried the interface and supplied corrective feedback; browser interaction checks have also been performed.

What is not yet demonstrated

Live email or messenger ingestion, bank reconciliation, independent customer validation, or production-grade language understanding. The model’s separate 20-example synthetic check scored 13/20 raw and 14/20 with guards. The 50 workflow checks validate rules and state behavior, not general AI accuracy. All example correspondence is fictional.

Designed to complement a CRM

A CRM records the customer relationship. PactSignal’s proposed role is to preserve the changing agreement and its evidence across conversations, then make that state available to existing operational tools. Those production integrations remain future work.

Context review update

Context review: the original first-pass check scored 35/36. After fixing the known miss, all 36 development regression cases pass. These are not new unseen results. Amount-format and clause-safety checks are recorded separately. This is a deterministic context layer alongside the unchanged model; it is not independent validation or a new raw-model accuracy score.

Render hosts the interactive PactSignal frontend, judge sandbox and exported model assets at https://pactsignal.onrender.com/. Model inference runs locally in the visitor’s browser; Render is not running a server-side model or connecting to private accounts. The ChatGPT-hosted showcase is an additional mirror. One entry can receive at most one prize; category eligibility and awards are decided by the organizers.
